The portal
This portal (the "Service") is software developed and operated by QStone Network (Dalibor Tomic & Rev. Fr. Srebrenko Vidaković) and made available to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and its parishioners for the management of parish life, sacramental records, communications, and charitable giving.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Do not share your password or magic links.
- Information you submit (family, sacramental requests, donations) should be accurate. Errors can be corrected through the Service or by contacting your Priest.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful, in-good-faith parish purposes.
Donations
- Donations made through the Service are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) and are non-refundable except in cases of clerical or technical error.
- Tax-deductibility of donations is subject to the parish's status under US tax law. Consult the parish for receipts and substantiation.
- Recurring donations may be canceled at any time from your My Giving page.

The Service is proprietary software developed and owned by QStone Network and its authors, Dalibor Tomic and Rev. Fr. Srebrenko Vidaković (collectively, the "Authors"). All right, title, and interest in and to the Service — including without limitation:
- The source code, compiled binaries, and build artifacts;
- The database schemas, migration scripts, and data models;
- The HTML templates, CSS styles, JavaScript, and graphical assets;
- The email templates, transactional copy, and document layouts;
- The user-interface design, workflow, and overall "look and feel" (trade dress);
- The "QStone Network" name, the "qstonenetwork.com" domain, the QStone logo and any associated marks (whether registered or pending);
- All documentation, deployment scripts, and operational tooling;
— and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual-property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Authors.
Limited license to use. Use of the Service through the parishioner or priest interface is granted solely under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the duration of an active service relationship with the parish and the Authors. No ownership rights are conveyed.
You may not, without prior written permission from the Authors:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any portion of the Service;
- Modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works based on the Service;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution ("Powered by qstonenetwork.com"), or other proprietary notice rendered in the Service or its outbound emails;
- Use the Service, its design, schemas, or workflows as the basis for any competing product or service;
- Scrape, harvest, or programmatically extract content from the Service for purposes outside normal parish use;
- Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of access and pursuit of all available remedies under copyright, trademark, contract, and trade-secret law, including statutory damages where applicable.

Attribution
The "Powered by qstonenetwork.com — Built by Dalibor Tomic & Rev. Fr. Srebrenko Vidaković" attribution displayed in the Service footer and in outbound emails is a required element of the license and may not be removed, masked, or relocated without the Authors' prior written consent.
Copyright infringement notices (DMCA)
If you believe content displayed through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@qstonenetwork.com containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in the Service; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices follow the same address.
Your content
You retain ownership of the personal and family information you submit to the Service. You grant the parish and QStone Network the rights necessary to display, store, transmit, and back up that information solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated access, or attempts to bypass authentication.
- No uploading of unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content via inquiries, forms, or other inputs.
- No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or probing the Service for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure process.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting your Priest or by emailing info@qstonenetwork.com. The parish and QStone Network may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or canonical guidance.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Neither the parish nor QStone Network is liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the parish is incorporated. Disputes are subject to resolution in good faith between the parishioner, the parish, and QStone Network, with binding arbitration as a final step where required by law.
